Owner

As a native of the Shenandoah Valley, hometown of Stephenson, Virginia, Jeff decided at an early age that he was passionate about excavation and construction. He founded Pine Knoll Construction in 1987. With Jeff’s dedication and hard work, through the recent tough economic times, Pine Knoll Construction has grown and become stronger under his guidance and leadership. Jeff has over 25 years of experience in site development. Together with the excellent staff here at Pine Knoll, we can accommodate any and all of your construction and building needs.

Lead Building Estimator & Project Manager

Ted brings to Pine Knoll Construction over 35 years of construction experience. From custom homes to commercial real estate and land development, Ted is well versed in design-build construction. Ted heads up the building division at Pine Knoll Construction.

 


 Amber JenkinsAmber

Building Designer & Marketing Director

Amber has been with Pine Knoll Construction since 2013.  Amber is our building designer and has completed classes offered from Varco Pruden and has just completed training in Sketch Up and can handle all your design needs.  She also is in charge of all marketing and keeps our website up to date along with our facebook page.

Estimator

Ron joined Pine Knoll Construction in late 2016.  Ron has 29 years experience as a design drafter with over 15 years of construction experience along with 22 years AutoCAD experience.  Ron is our lead estimator on the excavation side at Pine Knoll Construction.

 


 Rod WrightRod

Project Manager

Rod has been with Pine Knoll Construction since 2014 and is our project manager.  Rod has been in site development for 11 years now.  Rod oversees the daily operations here at Pine Knoll Construction and makes sure each job is run smoothly and that each job finishes on a timely manner.  Rod has also received our yearly MSHA training.  Rod is very knowledgeable in the construction industry and can handle anything that may arise.

 


 Kelli RichardKelli

Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable

Kelli has been with Pine Knoll Construction since 1998, she handles all of our daily accounts payable/accounts receivable duties, human resource and she helps with our daily truck dispatching.

 


 Mike Spiroff

Building EstimatorMike

Mike just joined the Pine Knoll team this year.  He began working in the construction field in 1987 as a laborer; he then moved up to lead and on to Field Superintendent for large commercial projects.  He has accrued 21 years as a Project Superintendent with reputable companies such as Lantz Construction Company and Ricketts Construction Company before becoming a Project Manager with a developer in the Winchester area for 3 years.  Mike then worked as a Project Manager in Cumberland Maryland for 4 years.  He later went to Morgantown, WV and worked as a Project Manager for a large Restoration Company before coming to Pine Knoll Construction.  Mike has 30 years in the construction industry with 25 of those in a management role.  We are proud to have Mike on board here at Pine Knoll.
